Nourishing Face Mask (single‐application, discard after use)

This high‐potency face mask nourishes and revitalizes your facial skin for superior age‐defying benefits! This mask hydrates and revives the skin to restore elasticity, improve firmness, and battle signs of premature aging.

Directions: Place mask onto clean face. Leave on for 10-30 minutes. Remove and rinse your face with warm water. Use as needed.

Reviving Eye Mask (single‐application, discard after use)

This exclusive eye mask revives the sensitive skin around the eyes, minimizing dark circles and improving its overall tone and texture.

Directions: Place the eye mask under closed eyes on clean skin. Leave on for 10 to 30 minutes. Remove and rinse your face with warm water. Use as needed.

Revitalizing Neck & Chest Mask (single‐application, discard after use)

Sericin+ Neck & Chest Mask is formulated specifically to target and defy signs of premature aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin in the neck & chest area. It re-contours & nourishes the skin of the neck & chest area for a smooth, firm, hydrated, and more youthful look.

Directions: Over clean skin, place the mask on your chest for 15 minutes. Flip it over and place the unused side on your neck for another 15 minutes. Remove the mask and rinse the chest and neck area with warm water. Use as needed.
All orders are processed within 24 Hours (excluding weekends and
holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another
notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at office@sericinplus.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

The shipping services for CA cannot make shippings to PO Box addresses. Please use an alternative shipping address.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at office@sericinplus.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
